2019 Cyber Monday Sale

Cyber Monday Modern Estate Planning Sale

On Cyber Monday, I’m trying something I may never do again:

I’m discounting the flat fees I charge for modern, innovative estate planning by 25% for anyone who schedules a free call with me and, ultimately, decides to move forward with estate planning.

What’s on Sale?

My modern estate planning services. This is the service in which, using a white board or easel, I sit down with you and plan to make the law work for your family to save money and protect your loved ones. We organize your assets, talk about wills, trusts, advance health care directives, and other tools and their various iterations. We go over choices and why someone might choose one over the other. And, most importantly, we make sure that the plan we create not only reflects your values, but also that you understand all of its implications. In the end, you get a binder full of legal protection, and the assurance that I regularly review plans to help keep them current and compliant with any changes in the law.

How do I take advantage of the Sale?

It’s easy. You don’t even need to buy anything to qualify for the discount. You just have to make a future reservation for a free telephone consultation with me, so we can decide whether estate planning with our firm is a good fit for you.

You can schedule the call online or over the telephone by calling 661-665-6090. I’m already completely scheduled for December 2nd, but there are still several dates open in December and into January.

The only tricks are: (1) The call appointment must be recorded on my calendar on 12/2/2019 and, for the sake of my sanity and a stable calendar, (2) you can’t reschedule the appointment without losing the 25% discount.

By far the easiest and most effective way to make the appointment is book one online. It’s simple and convenient.

(Note: I’ll tell you if it really isn’t necessary, but you probably need to do this for your family, anyway. The consequences of not having an up-to-date, considered plan in effect can be tragic or wasteful for most people. And, I make the process a good experience.)
